REIquest was founded by Brian
Jarrett with the Real Estate Investor and Business in mind. During his own
search for investment properties, Brian was frustrated by how difficult it was
to find qualified real estate deals that met his investment criteria without
being overwhelmed by a flood of unqualified email alerts. To add to matters, the
search for qualified real estate businesses required a time consuming internet
search and lacked any kind of references. REIquest was developed to help overcome these
obstacles. Our investment property alerts are targeted and allow investors to
only receive alerts on properties that truly meet their criteria. Our Business
network provides extensive features including member feedback. Both investors
and businesses can network on our community forum and learn from true experts!
Our mission is to increase efficiency
and profitability for our members by providing the best tools and resources
possible. We strive to stay on top of new marketing strategies to help provide
the biggest bang for your marketing efforts. For Realtors and Lenders, we
provide the option to pay a nominal monthly fee and become the exclusive expert
for their choice of zips codes – while they last... For these professionals,
their company info will show up for each individual property listing that is in
that same zip code. We have many

REIquest also provides tools and information for business start-ups, websites, and internet marketing. One of the most frustrating things to somebody trying to start a business or website is just trying to find out the most basic information! Unfortunately, mistakes in these areas can be both costly and difficult to correct. Members can find help in these areas by connecting with experienced veterans in the community forum. We are also currently working on expanding out Social Media integration to
help promote businesses and property listings for our members. Consider REIquest to be under constant improvement!
