What is Free on REIquest? We offer free investor and business resources, property listings, business listings, real estate calculators, email alerts, extensive search tools, community forum, and articles... to name a few! Our mission is to provide as much as possible to our members for free and charge as little as possible for any upgrades... The majority of the money we take in will be put right back into further improving our Real Estate Community!
What Upgrades are Available? Upgrades are available for all of our listings, in addition to exclusive zip code advertising for Realtors® and Lenders. See our advertising section for more information on advertising options. We are offering huge discounts for a very limited time during our website launch! These discounts are permanent as long as you keep your listing active!
What is Exclusive Zip Advertising? We offer exclusive zip code advertising for Realtors® and Lenders. You can be the exclusive local professional for all property listings in your zip code. Your image and contact information will appear in the left column along with links to your business listing, any property listings, and your website.
How Much Does Exclusive Zip Advertising Cost? We offer exclusive zip code advertising for Realtors® and Lenders for $9.95/mo per zip code with a free showcase business listing and many other special offers available during our initial launch! Contact Us for multiple zip code discounts.
Why List My Properties on REIquest? First and foremost, they are FREE! But more importantly, we provide ultra-targeted email alert and advanced property search criteria that ensures that investors only see properties that interest them – as opposed to be bombarded by emails of properties that they have no interest in. The more fields you include with your property alert, the more it targets investors who are looking for that exact property. We allow searches by creative terms, equity potential, percent occupancy, and much more! We also provide the ability to include or exclude listing types such as REOs and Auctions.
How Soon Will My Listings Appear? Paid listings are active immediately! Free listings are active within 12 to 24 hours, provided there are no problems with the listing. If there is a problem, REIquest will contact you by email. If your business or property listing is not active within 24 hours, please feel free to contact us. The reason that we do this is to help fight spam.
Will REIquest be Adding More to The Site? You Bet!! We are just getting started! For the next 3 months in particular… we are going to have a constant focus on adding below market properties, resources, business listings, and much more. Our main focus is going to be making sure that we add the property listings and resources that will bring our community members back again and again! Consider REIquest to be under constant development – we never rest!!

How Do I Add an Article? Articles are free, but do require approval by REIquest. We encourage great content on our site! If you have original articles or articles that are already published on the internet and would like to be pre-approved Contact Us .
How Do I Edit Listings? All listings are controlled via the Member Section, which is the initial landing page after logging in. It is also available by clicking the link in the top right of the header.
How Do I Return to REIquest from the Member Section? Click the “REIquest Home” button in the center of the header from the Member Section.
How Do I Edit My Opt-In Selection? You can change your property email alert and/or newsletter opt-in selection at any time by clicking on the Newsletter link in the top right of the website header.
How Do I Edit My Email Alert Criteria? You can change or edit your email alerts through the Member Section you can click on the Manage Alerts link. Please note, you can only have one email alert active at a time. However, you can still save multiple alerts and just activate your current alert in the Manage Alerts section.
